Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025 Boys Youth Program
Once your registration is approved, please be aware that Coast Elite Hockey does not provide refunds or exchanges for player fees, except in the case of program or event cancellations or postponements. If an event is canceled or postponed, you will receive a credit toward a future event. Our events are invite-only, and we have a limited number of spots available on each team, making these vacancies challenging to fill. To ensure your player remains active on the roster, all balances must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event's start date, unless you have set up a payment plan with an active card on file.
2025 Boys Midget Program
Player Dues Once your registration is approved, Coast Elite HC (CEH) does not issue refunds or exchanges for player fees unless a program or event is canceled or postponed. CEH events are invite-only, and with limited spots available on each team, vacancies are not easily filled. All balances must be paid in full 14 days before the event starts to keep the player on the active roster, unless a payment plan with an active card on file is arranged. Exceptions Event Cancellation: Full refund. Event Postponement: 100% credit towards a future CEH event If you cancel after your registration is approved, a refund may be considered if your spot on the roster can be filled. Jerseys & Apparel All CEH apparel must be ordered exclusively through our official store; the use of outside companies is not permitted. Please be aware that refunds or exchanges are not available for customized products, including jerseys and team uniforms. However, exceptions may be made for non-customized items. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
